4 cups (1L) pear nectar
1 star anise
3 cinnamon sticks, each 4 inches (10 cm) long, plus 8 more for garnish
4 oz Grand Marnier
1 bottle (375 mL) Inniskillin Vidal Icewine
- In a medium pot, combine pear nectar with star anise and 3 cinnamon sticks. Cover and bring to a simmer; reduce heat to low and stir in Grand Marnier, followed by Icewine. Cover and keep warm (don’t let boil). To serve, ladle 6 oz into each of 8 heatproof mugs and garnish each with an additional cinnamon stick.
