6 oz pale ale
6 oz stout beer
- Tilt and fill a pint glass just over halfway with pale ale. Wait a few seconds for foam to settle.
- Turn a spoon upside-down so the back is facing upwards. Put the inverted spoon into the pint glass and angle it is so that the tip of the spoon just touches the top of the pale ale.
- Slowly pour the stout over the back of the spoon, moving the spoon higher as the glass fills up. This will keep the ale and stout separated.
