Oak Barrel Aging
Jack Daniel's chars its handmade American white oak barrels to coax out the wood’s natural sugars and give its whiskies the distinctive flavour that made them famous.
Once distilled, the unaged whiskey moves, drop by drop, through handcrafted charcoal. This step imparts a smoothness that would take years to achieve with barrel aging alone.
