Distillers in Ireland are also mixing tradition and new thinking with Two Stacks Irish Whiskey Double Barrel Single Malt, a complex blend of peated, double- and triple-distilled single malts sourced from across the country, and West Cork Bourbon Cask Irish Whiskey, a balanced blend of grain and malt whiskies crafted in handmade pot stills.

With options that run from Canada’s cocktail-worthy Spicebox Gingerbread Spiced Whisky to Suntory’s Toki Black, fall’s new lineup makes it a perfect time to settle back with a splash of whisky.
