Jameson Sour Bonder
Pour 2 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey, 4 tsp (20 mL) freshly squeezed lemon juice and 1 tbsp (15 mL) simple syrup into a cocktail shaker. Add 1 egg white. Shake until frothy. Fill with ice. Shake until chilled and frothy. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with ginger beer. Stir to mix.
