Ditch the winter jacket and hit the patio — it’s G&T season once again! Herbaceous, cooling and bubbly, the Gin and Tonic has a crispness not offered by any other warm-weather cocktail.
Versatility is what makes this clean, juniper-based spirit so drinkable. At its baseline, a good G&T requires only two ingredients. But once you get creative with garnishes, tonic flavours and different styles of gin — from classic and floral to fruity and citrus-forward — well, that’s when gin’s potential is at its peak.
This spring and summer, we’re celebrating the diverse flavours and easy-drinking nature of gin with new recipes that elevate the tried-and-true with fresh herb, fruit and vegetable garnishes sure to please the eyes, nose and palate. For a next-level cocktail that’ll get guests talking (and asking for a refill), try a fun Frosty Pink G&T inspired by Food & Drink, a slushy twist on the traditional serve.
With a whole range of classic and inventive gins available, why not indulge your inner bartender and serve up something new?
