The Classic Negroni

Pour 1 oz each gin, Campari and sweet red vermouth into a rocks glass filled with ice. Stir until evenly mixed and chilled. Garnish with a long orange peel strip.

Makes 1 cocktail

Campari Spritz

Pour 2 oz Campari into an ice-filled glass. Top with 3 oz Prosecco and 1 oz soda water. Garnish with a slice of fresh orange.
