Alberta Premium Manhattan

Pour 2 oz rye whisky and 1 oz sweet vermouth into a chilled mixing glass filled with ice. Add 2 dashes Angostura bitters. Stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Apple Harvest

For a warm cocktail, stir 3 oz hot apple cider with 1 oz each Northern Keep Vodka and honey syrup in a mug. Top with a little warmed ginger beer. Or, for a chilled version, skip warming the ingredients and simply serve over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with an apple slice and a cinnamon stick.
