Caesar Two Ways


Lemon wedges
Celery salt
Pepper to taste

1¼ oz Banff Ice Summit vodka
or Alberta Premium Whisky
4 to 6 oz tomato-clam juice
4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
3 dashes hot sauce
Celery stalk

Rim a highball glass with lemon and celery salt. Fill glass with ice. Add salt and pepper, vodka or whisky and tomato-clam juice. Season with Worcestershire and
hot sauce. Stir. Garnish with a celery stalk and a lemon wedge.

Makes 1 cocktail.

TIP: Turn up the heat: Stir in horseradish to give a Caesar extra bite.
