Direct-to-Consumer Sales
The Government of Ontario has announced agreements with provinces to enable consumers in Ontario to purchase alcoholic beverages directly from producers in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Saskatchewan.
As an agency of the provincial government, LCBO is pleased to facilitate these sales and is committed to supporting the sale of Canadian products in-store, online, and through this new direct-to-consumer channel.
How does it work?
Consumers should review the list of authorized producers and contact the producer directly with their order and complete payment. Any inquiries regarding their order (status, delivery etc) should be managed directly with the producer.
