LCBO partners with Flow Alkaline Spring Water for annual Holiday Corporate Social Responsibility campaign.

TORONTO – DECEMBER 10, 2018 – With holiday parties in full swing, LCBO is partnering with Flow Alkaline Spring Water for its annual Holiday Corporate Social Responsibility campaign. Launching this week, the partnership aims to drive awareness of responsible consumption and help consumers incorporate beverage alcohol products into their holiday celebrations in a thoughtful and safe way.

LCBO and Flow have worked together to create a special edition LCBOxflow water carton. The carton features tips for responsible holiday hosting and celebrating responsibly.

“The partnership with Flow is an exciting new addition to our annual Holiday Corporate Social Responsibility campaign,” said Jennifer Bell, LCBO Vice President, Communications and Corporate Affairs. “LCBO and Flow are equally dedicated to making a positive difference in the communities we serve. By partnering together we can heighten our efforts to share the important message of moderate consumption, responsible hosting and safe holiday celebrations.”

Throughout the month of December, LCBOxflow water will be handed out in-store to customers in select LCBO locations across Ontario.  The message of moderation will also hit the streets with special pop-up events planned at key locations in Toronto and Ottawa the weekend of December 13-15. Consumers can keep an eye out for free water from LCBOxflow cars all weekend, visit Union Station’s sampling kiosk during their Friday commute, or stop by the alley beside Quantum Coffee at King and Spadina where a festive holiday airstream will brighten their day with water and soft pretzels.

 LCBO has also partnered with select taxi companies across the province to hand out the water as a thank you to their guests for choosing a safe ride to and from parties. Annual festive RIDE programing is also integrated to hand out water to responsible partiers and their designated drivers.
