Members of the media wishing to take photographs or film on LCBO premises or at LCBO events off LCBO premises must make a prior written request to the LCBO Corporate Communications Department, per the media contacts listed.

Film companies wishing to take photographs or film at LCBO premises or at LCBO events off LCBO premises must make a prior written request explaining the intended end use of the images to:

• the Senior Vice President, Retail Operations, for photographing or filming at retail stores, retail facilities or regional offices
• the Vice President, Logistics, for photographing or filming at logistics facilities or Head Office
• or to the appropriate management official (or designate) with responsibility for the particular LCBO premises or LCBO event when the photographing or filming is to occur at a place other than those listed above. 

The request will be forwarded to the LCBO’s Legal Services Department for review, which will then arrange for appropriate legal documentation.
