March 19, 2020
The immediate pause in accepting in-store returns was made to help protect the well-being of our retail staff. This is a temporary measure while we assess the services we can continue to maintain with reduced operating hours and staff. Our licensee partners are facing challenges and we are here to help them navigate this uncertain time. While our pause on individual customer refunds is until further notice, we are working on a solution to process licensee returns within the next two weeks.
