LCBO RECALLS A SPECIFIC LOT OF CROWN ROYAL RESERVE 12-YEAR-OLD, 750 ML

TORONTO, August 21, 2025 – As per the CFIA’s announcement, LCBO is issuing a recall of a specific lot of Crown Royal Reserve 12-Year-Old due to the possible presence of glass particles.

The product being recalled is listed below:

LCBO  No.: 39879 
Brand Description: Crown Royal Reserve 12-Year-Old, 750 ml

UPC No: 082000809920 
Lot code: L5199

Lot codes are laser etched on the bottom of the bottle and typically contain around 21 characters. If the lot code begins with L5199, do not consume the recalled product and return it to the original point of purchase for an exchange or refund.

At this time, no customer complaints or health concerns have been reported to the LCBO in connection with the consumption of these products.
