LCBO’s Annual Report provides a financial, retail, and sustainability & social impact summary on how we fulfill our mandate to the people Ontario.

HIGHLIGHTS

  • Dividend of $2.13 billion to the Government of Ontario to support critical services like healthcare, education, and infrastructure.

  • 690 LCBO stores operating in Ontario.

  • Wholesaler to 393 LCBO Convenience Outlets (LCOs), 878 grocery stores, and 4,641 convenience stores to support the modernization of Ontario’s beverage alcohol industry.

  • $2.34 billion generated by Ontario products for the local economy.

  • Over $12.5 million in charitable donations supporting the health and well-being of Ontario’s diverse communities.

Strategic Plan

As an agency of the Ontario government, LCBO is required to follow the policies and procedures set out in the Agencies and Accountability Directive. One such requirement is to prepare and publicly post a Minister-approved business plan annually.

In accordance with the Directive, business plans must be publicly posted within 30 days of Minister approval along with the agency’s mandate letter.
