Sour Splash

Single Serving

  • 1 oz bourbon
  • ½ oz cherry brandy
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 2 oz soda
  • Garnish: fresh cherry

To a cocktail shaker filled with ice add bourbon, cherry brandy, lemon juice and 8 mint leaves, shake and strain into a tall glass over ice, top with soda and garnish with a fresh cherry or a lemon wheel.

Punch Bowl Serving

  • 1 cup (8 oz) bourbon
  • ½ cup (4 oz) cherry brandy
  • ½ cup (4 oz) lemon juice
  • 48 mint leaves, torn
  • 2 cups (16 oz) club soda

Add mint leaves to a pitcher or punchbowl and crush. Add remaining ingredients and stir vigorously to mix. Pour into cups with ice and garnish each with a fresh cherry or a lemon wheel. Makes approx. 8 servings
