Organizations that wish to be considered for participation in the provincial Donation Box Program need to:

• provide background information about their programs or services
• identify what funds raised would be used to support
• supply a copy of the registered charity’s most recent annual statement or report
• request preferred month of participation
• submit requests before the end of October to:
