WEDNESDAY, APRIL 2 | 6:30 - 8:00 PM

SCOTCH AND PUB FARE – $65

From the lowlands to the islands, Scotch varies dramatically in its character and flavour. The cuisine between Scotland's different regions, however, is far more similar and reflects what is commonly known as "pub food." CHARDONNAY AND OTHER WHITES: A WORLD TOUR – $45

In this comprehensive tutored tasting, compare four Chardonnays from four distinct regions with another distinctive white wine from that same region (e.g. New Zealand Chardonnay compared with New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc). Discover the history, differences and similarities in this great group of whites.

HOPSCOTCH: THE EVOLUTION OF BEER TO SINGLE MALTS – $40

Discover the origin of your favourite dram by devolving it back to its infancy: beer. Learn about the production process of Scotch whisky and, in doing so, the production of beer, Scotch's precursor. Sample three of each to discover their similarities and distinct differences.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 21 | 6:30 - 8:00 PM

TASTE LIKE A PRO – $40

Through a variety of tasting and nosing exercises, learn the secrets to gleaning the most from your wines, including all the scents and tastes you hear about but never seem to be able to recognize. Once comfortable with your new skills, put them to the test with a blind tasting of six distinctly different wines.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 28 | 6:30 - 7:30 PM

WHAT AM I TASTING? A DECONSTRUCTED BLIND TASTING – $30

Normally in a blind tasting you sample six wines and offer your suggestions and insights into the identity of the wines. In this twist, we'll set out six wines, along with eight tasting notes to see if you can match the correct tasting note to the correct wine. Your palate will be the judge!

BEST OF ITALY AND SPAIN – $50

Based on wines dating back to the early '80s through to now, sample hidden treasures from classic tastings of the past, including Mas La Plana 1991, Gaja Barbaresco 1999, Vega Sicilia 1981, Langhe 1999, Paleo 1997 and Masseto 2003. Don't miss this rare opportunity to enjoy some of the best that Italy and Spain have to offer. Includes a light food-matching segment.

BEER AND CHEESE DISHES – $40

BORDEAUX FANTASIA: LEFT BANK VS. RIGHT BANK – $100
