A TALE OF TWO WORLDS
Join us for a sampling of the New World Red Knot
and the Old World Santi Sortesele. Australia’s Red Knot Shiraz has a
dark ruby colour, and spicy oak notes with dark berry aromas. This
selection makes a nice pairing with tomato-based pasta meals or pepper
steak. The Santi Sortesele Pinot Grigio DoC also works well with pasta,
but this time cream-based. Experience its apple, pear and lemon aromas
and flavours.
