Coffee lovers rejoice. Not only will we be learning about and
sampling some great Starbucks coffee tonight, but we will be
incorporating coffee into three different recipes (only one of
which will be dessert) that we’ll be sampling along with beverage
matches. Come get your caffeine fix in a whole new way! |

A GRAND EVENING WITH GRAND MARNIER | $35
Grand Marnier summons up thoughts of warming by a fire on
a cold winter night. Tonight, learn what makes Grand Marnier so
very special as we are guided through a tasting of Cordon Rouge,
Louis Alexander, Cuvée du Centenaire and Cuvée du Cent
Cinquantenaire by an Ambassador for the brand. There will be
a special food matching component to this evening. |

to demonstrate the unique differences of four different wines

will be sponsoring this event. |

Join us for this very special event all about Cognac. Dan Volway,
Canada’s Remy Martin Ambassador, will be hosting this
informative and delicious evening, providing us with the history
and process of making cognac. We will also experience a flight
of samples from the wide ranging Remy Martin product line.

With the skilled help of Lisa Powers, from The Cake & Pastry
Connection, everyone will leave tonight’s class with their own

will take care of the rest with some holiday drink ideas. |

Joan Bachmeier AICI, International Certified Image Consultant,
will help to guide us through the steps to determining our own
personal colour palate. The evening includes a copy of Joan’s
reference manual and Workbook so that you’ll always have
tonight’s information at your fingertips. Our Product Consultant
will add a bit more colour to the evening with some fabulous
product samplings. |
