Born and raised in Sarnia, Red Seal-certified Chef Josina Washington had
a passion for the culinary arts even as a child. Now in the fourth year
of operation, Chef Josina co-owns her business, Washington Cakes and Ice
Designs, specializing in wedding cakes, desserts and catering.
Her reputation for attention to fine detail and her outstanding ability to
communicate with others has landed her back at her educational roots at
Lambton College as a culinary instructor in the Cook Apprenticeship
Program teaching baking, kitchen management and food theory.
Chef Josina has also been teaching classes as part of the LCBO Educational
Program including the annual holiday baking classes – a treat for all who
attend!
Register for one of Chef Josina’s classes this season, where one lucky
registrant from each class will go home with a gift basket containing some of
Josina’s favourite kitchen gadgets and condiments.
