Whisky and ginger is a classic flavour combo. Here, we’ve given it a fresh, fruity spin with a splash of cranberry juice and a squeeze of lime — perfect for fireside sipping.

Makes 1 cocktail

1½ oz Canadian whisky or rum
2 oz cranberry juice
¼ oz freshly squeezed lime juice
2 oz ginger beer
A lime wedge, for garnish

Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add whisky, cranberry juice and lime juice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with lime wedge.
