To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz spiced rum, 3 oz pineapple juice, ¼ oz lime juice and 3 oz Chardonnay. Shake sharply and strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with slices of lime.

Makes 1 drink

The Tropical Vineyard Punch (Entertaining Size)

750 mL bottle Chardonnay
½ cup spiced rum
3 cups pineapple juice
¼ cup lime juice
3 orange and 3 lime wheels
¼ cup fresh, frozen or canned chopped pineapple
¼ cup fresh blueberries

To a pitcher or punch bowl, add wine, rum, pineapple juice and lime juice. Add orange and lime wheels, pineapple and blueberries.

Makes approx. 7 servings
