Spring Fizz

This fresh twist on a fizz can be made with gin, Dillon's Rose Gin Liqueur or Pimm's No. 1 Cup.

2 oz Hendrick’s Gin, Dillon’s Rose Gin Liqueur or Pimm’s No. 1 Cup
¾ oz lemon juice
½ oz to ¾ oz simple syrup
4 to 5 oz club soda
Fresh sprig of thyme, cucumber slices, lemon wheel or edible flowers, for garnish

Pour gin, lemon juice and simple syrup (use ½ oz simple syrup if using Pimm’s No. 1 Cup or Dillon's Rose Gin Liqueur) into a highball glass. Top with soda. Garnish with thyme, cucumber, lemon, edible flowers or a mix.
