Add a zesty ginger beer kick to amaro.
Makes 1 cocktail
2 oz Amaro Averna
½ oz lemon juice
4 oz ginger beer
Piece candied ginger, for garnish
Pour amaro and lemon juice into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with ginger beer. Cut a slit into candied ginger and fasten to rim.
