1 oz Peychaud’s Aperitivo
3 oz Champagne or sparkling wine
Orange twist, for garnish
Pour Peychaud’s Aperitivo into a cocktail glass. Top with sparkling wine. Roll up strip and fasten with skewer. Garnish cocktail.
