S'more Snowfall

All the tasty flavours that go into the classic campfire dessert are rolled into this wintry cocktail.
Makes 1 cocktail
2 oz cream liqueur, plus 1 tbsp for rimmer
Graham cracker crumbs
3 oz strong hot coffee or espresso
2 oz milk or cream, heated or frothed
Mini marshmallows
2 tsp chocolate sauce
Pour 1 tbsp cream liqueur onto a small saucer. Dip rim of heatproof mug into liqueur, then dip in graham cracker crumbs. To mug, add 2 oz cream liqueur, coffee and milk. Cover with mini marshmallows. Drizzle chocolate sauce on top.
