Rum & Blueberry Buck

Dark and amber rums are aged longer than lighter ones, bringing rich flavour and a smooth, oaky character this cocktail. A winning blend of sweetness and spice, this is a great cocktail for toasting the weekend to come.
Makes 1 cocktail
¼ cup blueberries
¼ oz agave syrup
1½ oz rum
1 tsp fresh lime juice
4 oz ginger beer
Strawberry, for garnish
To a rocks glass, add blueberries and agave syrup and muddle. Fill the glass with ice and add rum, lime juice and ginger beer. Stir to mix and garnish with a strawberry.
