Grasshopper

An odd name for a classic cocktail, the Grasshopper is titled for its pale green hue. Mixed well, the smooth combination of mint and chocolate is a perfect way to prep the palate at cocktail hour, or finish off a festive evening.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add ¾ oz white crème de cacao, ¾ oz green crème de menthe and ¾ oz milk or cream. Shake until frothy and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with shaved chocolate and a mint sprig.
