Sip on an English high-tea inspired cocktail that features both marmalade and Earl Grey tea, of course.
Makes 1 cocktail
1½ oz gin
1 tbsp orange marmalade
1 oz brewed Earl Grey tea, chilled
Dash of orange bitters
Orange twist, for garnish
To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add gin, marmalade, tea and bitters. Shake and pour into a rocks glass filled with ice. Add more ice and garnish with an orange twist.
