Faster-Than-Take-Out Pizza

Clean out your fridge and add chopped olives, anchovies or sun-dried tomatoes.
Serves 2
12-inch (30-cm) thin pizza crust with packet sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1 to 2 boconcini cheese, thinly sliced
Thinly sliced pepperoni or torn slices prosciutto
1¼ cups (300 mL) grated mozzarella
Fresh basil leaves
1. Preheat oven according to package directions for pizza crust. Stir garlic into pizza sauce, then spread thinly over crust.
2. Arrange boccocini and pepperoni or prosciutto over sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
3. Bake according to package directions. Remove from oven and sprinkle with basil leaves.
