Coco-Basil Cocktail

Clapping the basil leaf brings out the aroma and flavour.
Makes 1 cocktail
1½ oz Malibu Coconut Rum or Malibu Mango Rum
½ cup coconut water
¼ oz freshly squeezed lime juice
1 basil leaf
Fill a fizz or highball glass with crushed ice. Add rum, coconut water and lime juice. Stir to mix. Smack basil leaf between the palms of your hands, then add to cocktail.
