Buttered Cinnamon Whisky

Reminiscent of apple pie, this twist on classic buttered rum showcases cinnamon whisky beautifully.

Makes 2 cocktails

¾ cup (175 mL) apple cider
½ cup (125 mL) water
3 oz Fireball Cinnamon Whisky
1 tsp (5 mL) cold butter, cubed

In a small pot over medium heat, heat apple cider and water, stirring, until steaming. Divide between two heatproof glasses. Add 1½ oz whisky to each glass. Top with butter. Serve immediately.
