Blood Orange Fizz

Orange-pink and effervescent, this sophisticated-looking yet easy cocktail is truly special with thanks to the addition of fresh thyme.
Makes 6 cocktails
9 oz gin or vodka
½ small bunch thyme, for garnish
2 cups (500 mL) blood orange juice or soda
2 cups (500 mL) lemon-lime soda
Add gin and thyme to a 6 cup (1.5 L) pitcher. Pour in juice. Top with soda. Stir. Add handful of ice. Serve punch in ice-filled rocks glasses. Garnish with more thyme, if you like.
