Black Cow Collins

This refreshing cocktail is a twist on the classic Collins showcasing creamy tasting Black Cow Milk Spirit instead of the traditional gin and it's offset with fresh lime in place of usual lemon.
Makes 1 cocktail
1½ oz Black Cow Pure Milk Spirit
1 oz fresh lime juice
¾ oz simple syrup
4 oz chilled club soda
3 lime slices
Pour vodka, lime juice and simple syrup into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with club soda and stir. Garnish with a skewer of lime slices.
