Description
The Pouilly-Fuissé appellation represents the pinnacle of quality in the Mâconnais district. The natural rock formation that surrounds the area creates an almost perfect suntrap that helps the grapes to ripen, giving more fullness and intensity to the wine. Wines from this appellation are popular in Parisian bistros and cafés and pair beautifully with a wide range of foods. The producer suggests pairing this one with sausages, shellfish, quiche, or grilled chicken or pork.
