Domaine de la Grenaudière Sur Lie Muscadet Sèvre et Maine 2016
Brilliant pale light gold color. Baked aromas and flavors of hawaiian bread with brunost, dried citrus wheels, unripe pear, and oyster shell with a round, lively, dry light body and an engaging, medium-long champagne vinaigrette, lemon sorbet, kumquat, and melon and nectarine finish with fine, fruit tannins and no oak. An ethereal Muscadet that will pair too perfectly with oysters. Exceptional. Best Buy. 2017 Best Muscadet. Score - 93. (tastings.com, March 29, 2017)
