Cuvée Jean Philippe Blanquette de Limoux 2014
Blanquette de Limoux is the oldest sparkling wine in the world, predating Champagne as the traditional home of sparkling wine. The wines must be crafted at least 90% Mauzac with up to 10% of Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc allowable. The Cuvée Jean Philippe is Mauzac and Chardonnay sourced from 20-year-old vines.
