Description
A blend of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella repassed over Amarone skins to enhance colour, body and flavour. You can expect this to be a complex, charming Ripasso with touches of cherry, black fruit and spice and good grip to the tannins. This is typically a ripe, dark, smoky wine that works well with grilled meats or stews featuring lamb or beef.
