This wine won a Silver Medal at the 2010 Ontario Wine Awards. Our Quality Assurance laboratory has determined this wine contains 10 mg/L of free sulphur.


Tasting Note
Vibrant, appropriately named fresh wine that shows what dry Vidal is capable of in the hands of skilled winemakers such as Ann Sperling. Apricot, pear, apple and citrus aromas dominate. Dry, zippy and fruity in equal measures, with good weight and a rather long finish. Try it as a sipper, with grilled freshwater fish, or with summer salads. (VINTAGES panel, April 2010)
