Tasting Note
Fruit is sourced from the Niagara Escarpment. Moderate intensity, reserved, ripe stone fruit flavours, floral honey-petrol notes, already showing some maturity. Dry, full bodied for riesling, quite rich and substantial with a lot of weight on the palate and glycerous. More of a pinot gris-like texture; moderate plus finish.
