Description
This is just the second vintage from this up-and-coming family winery. Niagara had perhaps its greatest vintage ever in 2007, and it shows with this wine's rich and complex layers of floral, lime, grapefruit and pineapple flavours all backed by a seam of racy acidity. A superbly made local wine to pair with planked salmon, or sushi.
