In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 4 oz. cold strong coffee, 2 oz. cream, 1/4 oz. chocolate syrup and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. Shake sharply and strain into a tumbler. Top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
