TEQUILA MOCKINGBIRD

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add 1 oz. Sauza Blanco tequila, 1⁄2 oz. peppermint schnapps and the juice of half a lime.

2. Shake until frosty and pour immediately into a martini glass.

3. Finish with a twist of lime.
