Sparkling Vodka Sorbet Cocktail


Coarse sugar
2 cups lemon sorbet, plus more for garnish
½ bottle chilled sparkling wine
3 oz vodka
3 oz whipping cream
Lemon zest


  1. Rim a coupette glass with coarse sugar. Set aside.
  2. Spoon sorbet into a blender. 
  3. Add wine, vodka and whipping cream and blend till smooth, about 1 minute. 
  4. Pour into chilled glasses, then garnish with a dollop of lemon sorbet and lemon zest.
