The Ambrosia

Ingredients

Dash of fresh lemon juice
Dash of triple sec
3⁄4 oz cognac
3⁄4 oz Calvados
3 to 5 oz of chilled champagne
Apple

Directions

  1. Shake all ingredients but the champagne vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled champagne flute and slowly top with champagne. Garnish with an apple slice.
