Faster-Than-Takeout Pizza


2-inch (30 cm) thin pizza crust with packet sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1–2 bocconcini, thinly sliced
Thinly sliced pepperoni or torn slices of prosciutto
1¼ cups (310 mL) grated mozzarella
Fresh basil leaves


  1. Preheat oven according to package directions for pizza crust. Stir garlic into pizza sauce, then spread thinly over crust.
  2. Arrange bocconcini and pepperoni over sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
  3. Bake according to package directions. Remove from oven and sprinkle with basil leaves.
