Cranberry Ginger Holiday Punch

Ingredients

4 cups cranberry cocktail juice
2¼ cups light rum
2 cups ginger beer
¼ cup lime juice
¼ cup simple syrup
¼ cup grenadine
Crushed ice
2 cups frozen cranberries

Directions

  1. In a large punch bowl, combine cranberry juice, rum, ginger beer, lime juice, simple syrup and grenadine. Stir and refrigerate until ready to serve. As guests arrive, top the punch with crushed ice, and then tumble cranberries overtop.
 
Makes 8 1/2 cups punch
