Hibiscus Mango Punch

Ingredients

1½ cups gin
1 cup chilled Hibiscus Tea (recipe follows)
1 cup mango juice
1 cup cranberry juice
½ cup lemon juice
½ cup simple syrup
½ cup each fresh raspberries, sliced strawberries, chopped mango and blueberries
1 cup lemon-lime soda 

Directions

  1. To a pitcher or punch bowl, add gin, chilled Hibiscus Tea, mango juice, cranberry juice, lemon juice and simple syrup. Add fruit. Stir to mix. Before serving, add lemon-lime soda and stir. Serve in cups with fruit.
 
Makes approx. 8 servings
 
 

Hibiscus Tea

Ingredients

1 cup boiling water
1 hibiscus-blend tea bag

Directions

  1. To a heatproof container, add boiling water and tea bag. Allow to steep and cool. Remove tea bag and refrigerate, covered, for up to 3 weeks.
 
Makes about 1 cup
