Made from local fruit and spirits, one of Chef Lynn Crawford’s favourite cocktails is made with Cran-Apple Shrub, a retro syrup preserve that’s back in style. Ontario cranberries and apples steeped with sugar and vinegar hike up the flavour in this Shrub Cocktail.
